Huang Wei Jie & Submontane Band (TW)
Born in Hakka rural area in Southern Taiwan, Huang started his music journey beneath the mountains. He gathered talented musicians to form this unique band, and folk rock is the root of their spirit. Featuring instruments from around the world, their music is creatively infused with elements from the Hakka culture. Their productions show great concern for the land and the society, as well as their will to pass on the beauty of Hakka culture.
