Shen Wen Cheng
Since 1977, Shen Wen Cheng has sung Western songs in the Taichung US Army NCO Club. Shen started to perform Western songs at the Western Restaurant in the 1980s.
Shen Wen Cheng won the Golden Melody Award for Best Taiwanese Male Singer in 1998. As he has created so many hit songs, netizens set May 11th, one of his song titles, as International Shen Wen Cheng Day, an event that’s celebrated every year.
