Born in Seoul and raised in Seattle, Howon has been involved in the music scene for the last 20 years. His extensive experience in the music and entertainment industry led him to co-found an artist service company EMA, now providing label and management services to award-winning artists such as George, Glen Check, and more. He is also leading the Busan Rock Festival as a festival director.

Kora Hsieh (TW)
Media professional, deputy editor-in-chief of ELLE Taiwan Media. Work hard, play hard, and also in love with high fashion and street culture.

정준구 JUNGU JUNG (KR)
The head of Korean independent label MAGIC STRAWBERRY SOUND. MAGIC STRAWBERRY SOUND is a well-known independent music label in South Korea. It’s roster consists of well-known indie-aritsts including Sunwoo Jung-a (선우정아), 10cm, OKDAL (옥상달빛)…etc.

김은마로 Eunmaro Kim (KR)
The head of the Korean music company Poclanos. Based in Korea, Poclanos focuses on discovering emerging musicians of various genres, and introducing their music to the world. Many Korean uprising indie artists have collaborated with Poclanos, such as 92914 and 10cm.

Vilma Dzienaitė (LT)
Vilma Dzienaitė is the program manager of the showcase festival-conference “What’s Next in Music?”, happening every September in Vilnius, Lithuania, and talent booker of the YouTube music channel Sapiens Music. She is also in charge of projects at the Lithuanian music business association (LMVA) – an organization that supports and promotes emerging Lithuanian music talents abroad, organizing their participation at various international music events. She represents LMVA at the EMEE (European Music Exporters Exchange) and other international networks.

Trevor Blumas (CA)
Trevor Blumas is a Canadian musician, filmmaker, editor and producer of creative content and digital media. Through his production company PORCH, he has produced visual works for artists such as Grammy nominated latin pop star Lido Pimienta, synth-pop icon Austra, legendary hardcore punk pioneers Fucked Up, Indigenous EDM group A Tribe Called Red, popular Colombian indie-pop band Bomba Estereo and fashion brands like Brother Vellies and SpaBoy. His work has been featured in publications such as Vogue, Dazed, Vice, Pitchfork, FADER and more, and has been shortlisted for the Prism Prize. He is also a member of the musical group E-Prime, who are playing the festival.

Ryuji Noda (JP)
Director and Producer of Sakurazaka theater / Music from Okinawa / Music-town Otoichiba.
Sakurazaka Theatre is a cinema located in Naha, the largest city in Okinawa.. This is also organizing about 50 live concerts in one year. Booking any kind of bands, so far, many Taiwanese artists have performed at the festival, including DSPS, Four Pens, 3 People Music, Fade to Blue,etc…
Currently, promoting Okinawan music to overseas and building a music network with Asian countries. “Music Lane” is a news site focus on Asian indie music. Send us the information and we will select it and post it on our site.
A music conference and showcase festival “Trans Asia Music Meeting” hold once a year. Next edition will be held in 18th-19th February next year. Application is opening now.
Since April,2020, started to manage Okinawan biggest live house “Music-town Otoichiba”.

MC Galang is the co-founder and creative director of The Rest Is Noise PH (TRIN) from the Philippines, co-founder of ASEAN Music Showcase Festival, and the editor for HipHopDX Asia.

Kukuh Rizal (ID)
Kukuh Rizal Arfianto is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Before he finally decided to take a leap of faith in the music industry, he started out with a career that ranges from retail, advertising, to film.
Now, he is the director and co-founder of a music company called Sun Eater. A label that houses emerging names from Indonesia such as .Feast, Hindia, Lomba Sihir, Agatha Pricilla, Aldrian Risjad, Rayhan Noor, and Mantra Vutura. Aside from that, he’s also active in curating music festival in Indonesia and overseas.

James Minor (US)
James Minor is the VP of SXSW Music Festival, which is celebrating its 36th season in 2023. SXSW Music is the largest music festival of its kind in the world, with 1500 acts from 54 foreign countries performing at 75 venues in 2022.
Minor has a diverse background, with over 25 years in the industry, having worked in artist management, tour booking and managing, as well as talent buying and management for noted venues in both Austin, TX and NYC. He is a known advocate for up and coming talent and has spoken around the world at conferences including Primavera Pro (Spain), MU:CON (South Korea), Golden Melody Awards (Taiwan), MIDEM (France), Waves Vienna (Austria), ADE (Amsterdam) and Pop-Kultur Berlin (Germany).
